Physical Evidence of the Power of Reiki

On Tuesday, my husband Ralph was outside clearing brush, watching his footing on a steep slope, when he walked into a low hanging branch that gashed his forehead. A goose egg bump popped up around the wound. Since he was not having any signs of a concussion, I gave his head Reiki for over an hour. He slept well. The next day his bump was gone, no black and blue, and the gash nicely closed over.

We don’t always see the physical evidence of the power of Reiki. It does not matter. Know that Reiki flows through you to balance and support the innate healing power within. A person may release a thought or emotion days after a session and not even make the connection to Reiki. Any change in the emotions or mental beliefs can facilitate change in a physical condition. Let go of attachment to the results of your actions. There is a bigger picture. Just play your part and be happy.
