Time for Reiki Circles Dec 13 and Dec 27

Give yourself permission to take time from all the holiday activities for your own wellness.

Experience a Reiki Circle. As part of my Komyo Reiki training, everyone receives a 2 minute attunement before we begin.
The process raises everyone’s energy and allows everyone to participate in giving and receiving Reiki, life force energy.
Since we do not give our own energy, we also energize ourselves as we give Reiki.

Great for 1st experience, charging your battery, or to enhance your practice.
