Reiki I – Focuses primarily on self, self-healing and the family. In Japanese this Degree is known as “Shoden.”

Reiki is a Japanese hands-on healing art to improve first the mind and then the body.
Reiki is easy to learn to bring balance to yourself and others. This is done by means of a ritual called “Reiju” or “attunement.”

You will Learn:

• The five Reiki Principles
• How to give yourself a Reiki treatment
• How to give a Reiki session using the classic hand positions on another person
• How to give a chair Reiki session.
• Other uses for Reiki
• The legends and facts of the history of the Usui System of Reiki Natural Healing
• And more.

You will receive:

• Four Reiki Reiju (Attunements)
• A Certificate of Completion for Reiki I
• Continued support to practice Reiki at monthly Reiki Circles

I recommend students bring an open mind, a light lunch and a closed water bottle.
